THE HOUSE AND FURNISHINGS

For all intents and purposes, each house is fully furnished allowing each individual to have their own bedroom and share use of the common areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining area, and back yard.

All utilities are provided such as electricity, water/trash/sewage, cable internet/WiFi, satellite TV (HBO, Showtime, ect included) We also take care of the yard and landscaping.

Each bedroom has a queen/full bed, pillows, sheets, blankets as well as night stand, dresser, flat screen Smart TV, individual satellite receiver/DVR.

Kitchens are fully furnished with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals/drinks.

Living room and dining areas have a large TV, sitting area with couch/loveseat, and dining table/chairs.
Back yards have picnic table or table and chairs as well as a propane grill.

A maid service is provided and she cleans each home in its entirety once every two weeks. She also washes and replaces the sheets on each bed during her visit. An extra set of sheets is provided for each bedroom in case you want/need to change them out more frequently.

As you can see all you really need to do is just show up and live in one of our houses like you would in an on-base hotel room/TLF, but our services and provided furnishings are superior. Not to mention, you reside off base, outside the gate, away from Big Blue and don’t have to worry about any overly eager security personnel when returning home from any off base adventures while the drive to your school house is sure to remain between 5-10 min.
